This beer was inspired by a road trip that Belinda went on in 2014 from Santa Barbara, California (where she brewed Ole Mole with brewer AJ at Figueroa Mountain Brewery) to Bellingham Washington. The famous highway loosely follows the coast and along it Belinda (and younger son Oscar) found exciting breweries brewing very hoppy alcoholic beers. This beer is all about the numbers but it is remarkably balanced!
