A dark copper, full bodied beer that was inspired by the famous Mexican dish, Molé.  The malty Bock base gives the beer a big mouth feel comprising of a balance of sweet and malty.  Cocoa, chillies and other spices are added to the beer to produce a zing that resembles the spiciness of the classic dish.
