When we first brewed Hophead back in 2003, it was one of the hoppiest beers around. Since then there has been a plethora of uber-hopped monsters appearing. Hophead remains hoppy and balanced (you can drink a pint or 2). We use a variety of flavoursome and aromatic NZ hops in the kettle and for dry-hopping.
